Position available - Store Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the jewellery store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales/kpi targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Maintain inventory control, including stocktake and receiving merchandise, and ensuring accurate stock levels.

Monitor and analyse sales performance and kpi based on trends, implementing strategies to maximize profitability.

Foster a positive and professional work environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth alongside brand Loyalty.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.

Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards are upheld to showcase our jewellery collections effectively.

Requirements:
Preferred but not necessary - experience in retail management, within the retail sector or jewellery industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of jewellery and gemstones is a plus and can be provided

Flexibility to work with a great work life balance, able to work peak periods of trade and holidays as needed.
